We recommend measuring the area prior to ordering to make sure your sign will fit.

If ordering a sign for a wedding/ event photo op or to be used in conjunction with a photo booth, we recommend 36"- 48" inches wide. This sizing works well so that guests standing in front are not completely blocking the sign.

We prefer to allow 3 weeks for production and shipping. Usually, it does not take the full 3 weeks.

Neon signs come with a power adapter that plugs into a standard outlet. You will also receive a dimmer and remote that provides options for a variety of brightness levels and flashing options.

A package with mounting hardware is also included.

We offer a 2-year manufacturers warranty.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our neon signs, we do not accept returns. There may be tiny imperfections that will not show once hung. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

We offer over 12 LED neon colors. Multiple colors can be combined on the same sign.

We also offer color changing neons for an additional cost.

No! LED neon signs are silent and do not emit the buzzing sound of the original glass neons.
